Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please get in touch with us directly with questions about exchanges at paul@mascot.studio. Note: unless you are returning damaged goods, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any exchanges or resolution. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
