Returns
First and foremost we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue or questions regarding a delivered order, again please just drop us a line and and we’ll do what we can to make everything right. In general, there are no returns allowed for original works or prints.
Damages and issues
Refunds are only issued for cosmetic or structural issues with products and must be brought to our attention within 7 days after receipt of your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please get in touch with us directly with questions about exchanges at orders@mascot.studio. Note: unless you are returning damaged goods, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any exchanges or resolution. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
